This Privacy Policy explains how the official CTTC 2026 mobile application (the “App”, “we”, “us” or “our”) — the companion app for the 22nd Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship 2026 — collects, uses, shares and protects your information. The App is provided in connection with the Championship organised by the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) and the Government of NCT of Delhi, under the Commonwealth Table Tennis Federation (CTTF).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide to us

When you choose to interact with certain features, you may provide us with:

• Contact details — such as your email address if you sign up for match alerts, newsletters or championship updates.
• Enquiry / feedback information — your name, email and message if you contact us or submit feedback through the App.

Providing this information is optional. You can browse schedules, results, the medal tally and news without submitting any personal details.

b. Information collected automatically

When you use the App, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device information — device model, operating system and version, language, and app version.
• Usage data — screens viewed, features used, taps, session length and referral source, to understand how the App is used.
• Diagnostic data — crash reports and performance logs that help us fix problems.
• Identifiers & approximate network information — such as an anonymous app-instance identifier and IP address (used to infer approximate region and prevent abuse).

c. Location information (optional)

If you use venue directions or map features, the App may request access to your device’s approximate or precise location. This is only accessed with your permission and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.

d. Push notification tokens

If you enable notifications (for match reminders, results or news), we process a device push token so we can deliver those alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide core features — schedules, live scores and results, the medal tally, news, venue and team information.
• Send you match reminders, results and championship updates that you have opted in to receive.
• Respond to your enquiries and feedback.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the App and understand overall usage trends.
• Detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud or misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies, SDKs & Similar Technologies

The App may use software development kits (SDKs) and similar technologies from analytics and infrastructure providers to collect usage and diagnostic data as described above. These help us measure performance and improve the experience. Where required by law, we will request your consent before using non-essential analytics.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted vendors who host the App, deliver notifications, provide analytics and support us, under obligations to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
• Championship organisers — TTFI, the CTTF and the Government of NCT of Delhi, strictly for legitimate championship-related and operational purposes.
• Legal & safety — where required to comply with applicable law, legal process or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users, the public or the App.
• Business transfers — in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the App or its operations, subject to this Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services such as analytics and crash reporting (for example, Google Firebase / Google Analytics), push notification delivery, content delivery, and maps for directions. 9. Children’s Privacy
